What does Amiron Village charge for an event?
Pricing can vary. It really depends on what you want. Our clients often comment on how affordable we are for the high-quality service we provide. Please note that for very large gigs, e.g. stadiums and very large private functions, there are additional costs for industrial sound/stage rigging, on a case-by-case quotation basis. Amiron Village is self-managed, with no middle man, or agents, so you are guaranteed to get maximum 'bang for your buck'! Call or email us here for a free and fast quote.

Can you describe your most common set of services?
We are most commonly hired to provide background music and dance music for wedding receptions. Receptions are our speciality! But we also do festivals, corporate events, and basically any celebration where you want to add music to make it great! When hired, we will work with you (or a designated event coordinator) beforehand to work out the details of the event. We will visit the venue well-ahead of time to determine what we need to bring and how early we need to get there to setup.
For weddings, we typically provide 2-3 hours of music which consists of us playing Live most of the time with a few breaks where we play music of your choosing from an ipod or other device. Our negotiated price typically covers at least four band members (Keyboardist, Guitarist, Bassist, Drummer). If needed, we can provide the sound system and basic DJ equipment. You can also use our PA system for announcements, toasts or any other audio needs during the reception (we're happy to help with this!).

Do you have your own PA system?
Yes we do. Our equipment can easily fill a cultural hall with sound! For weddings, we typically provide the PA system but for other events the PA system is often provided by the venue.

We're always adding new songs to our set list. And, if you book us enough ahead of time we can often accommodate a special request. But, here is an example song list.

What is your cancellation policy?
There is a lot of preparation that goes into an event so we ask that you let us know as early as possible if something has changed.
Do you have a guarantee?
When we make a commitment for an event we stand by it. You can rest assured that we'll be there. If health issues or an emergency prevent us from being able to perform, then we will offer to provide DJ services (recorded music) at a discounted rate. So, worst case is you still have music at your event! Note: In five years of providing music for wedding receptions, this has never happend :)
